We asked Lynn to share her thoughts about how to success in ministry with seminarians in my course on \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Thriving and Succeeding as a Congregational Ministry Associate.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d Here are her thoughts about \u00e2\u20ac\u0153The Five \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcMust Do\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 Things for Ministry Staff Success\u00e2\u20ac\u009d: <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>1. Be a part of staff family. Take time to get to know each other on a personal level. Team building in a multi-staff church is the critical thing that you must work on<\/p>\n<p>2. Constantly evaluate where you are. Have accountability with a small group for constructive criticism and affirmation. Have a prayer support team. <\/p>\n<p>3. Communicate, communicate, communicate! Do not be a lone ranger.<\/p>\n<p>4. Take care of yourself. Take your day off and vacation for replenishment. Keep a healthy relationship with God through personal Bible study and prayer. Have a life outside of church.<\/p>\n<p>5.
