Today\u2019s question: What are common triangles in a church and organizational life?<\/p>\n<p>The list can be almost endless:<!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pastor-spouse-and pick-the-issue (matter of calling, family of origin issues, finances, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Pastor-children-church<\/li>\n<li>Pastor-family of origin-issues related to calling<\/li>\n<li>Pastor-staff-congregation<\/li>\n<li>Pastor-deacons-vision for the church<\/li>\n<li>Pastor-staff person-another staff person<\/li>\n<li>Pastor-vision-congregational resistance to change<\/li>\n<li>Pastor-denomination-congregation<\/li>\n<li>Pastor-family of origin-issue of relationships with church members.<\/li>\n<li>And, one of my favorites: Pastor-the position of leader-former pastor who refuses to leave the church.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Triangles are endemic.
