Ken\u2019s presentation on leadership was titled \u201cBeing a Lighthouse and Not a Bulldozer.\u201d In it he used the bulldozer and the lighthouse as metaphors for different styles of leadership. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>In his presentation he offered a list of ten traits of the self-defined leader (note his use of \u201cself-defined\u201d as opposed to \u201cself-differentiated\u201d). I think it\u2019s a helpful and challenging list that describes something worth aspiring to. Here is Ken\u2019s list of traits:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Knows who she is and what she is becoming.
