		<description>It shouldn&#039;t be difficult to oversee the congregation one is called to serve without having to clear everything. There are theological issues that a pastor may discern such as &#039;heavy on the Law&quot; curriculum or programs that don&#039;t fit the theology of the denomination. In Lutheran circles, congregational constitutions and the call itself  place that burden on the pastor. To go farther and feel that he or she has to filter everything would be a bottle neck. Somehow there needs to be a balance between overseeing in the New Testament sense and avoiding micromanaging.</description>
