Well said, Israel. There is work to be done to leave well, and it requires something of us. To stay connected when we really just want to run out the door as quickly as possible is not easy. But managing our own anxiety around leaving has potential for growth for ourselves and others. The job changes when people know we are leaving (whether it is six weeks or six months), and we need to do that job until we go.
