		<description>Good word, Israel.  I&#039;m afraid I have found that much of what goes under the rubric of mentoring is merely giving advice.  As well, most of what is shared in so-called mentoring is from experience, and it is short-sighted to assume that anyone else will share my experience.  Mine was unique--their&#039;s will be, also.  (That doesn&#039;t mean I can&#039;t point out where some of the cowpiles are, of course).</description>
