		<description>Doing these three things does get more obvious over time. It also gets somewhat (but only somewhat) easier. We all get hooked from time to time, no matter how much theory we know or how long we have worked at it (due to no. 1, family of origin issues). Perhaps it gets easier to get off the hook, or at least whom to ask to help us get some perspective.</description>
