These are wonderful posts. This one is so true. Despite the fact that my supervisor talks about why time with the family is important, I am watching him neglect it and I am wondering when it is going to start affecting me. I am enjoying comparing these posts to the environment I am in and the pastoral leadership I am under. Thank you for these thoughts.</description>
