With the past two posts, you've really gotten me thinking more about brain perception and implications for faith education. Today's post continues this. This week I wrote a Charge to the Candidate sermon for an ordination to the gospel ministry service this Sunday for a young man in our congregation. As I look back upon the sermon, I sought to provide a part/whole view of ministry as a challenge to not only provide ministry to persons, but leadership to the church as an organism. The puzzle metaphor is certainly appropriate. May I borrow that illustration? Thanks for this, Dr. G.
